REFORMER

Mat Pilates

Core Rehab Level 1
A foundational class focused on core stability, activation, and strengthening the core and pelvic floor. This gentle class is ideal for beginners, offering an introduction to Pilates principles and exercises to build your foundation and confidence for higher-level classes.

Full Body Mat Pilates Level 1-2
A slower-paced class focused on foundational movements using a Pilates ball and light 3-pound hand weights. With an emphasis on control and precision, this class keeps exercises basic yet effective, helping you build strength and stability through slow and controlled movements.

Pilates Sculpt Level 2-3
A higher-energy workout designed to challenge your strength and entire body. This class combines advanced exercises with weights, combo movements, and low-impact cardio. Expect some standing work and dynamic sequences for a full-body burn.

Trampoline + Pilates Sculpt
This high-energy class combines intervals of jumping with targeted Pilates sculpt exercises for the ultimate full-body burn. Cardio Core Burn: A high-intensity class with low heat, featuring bouncing dancing cardio and low-impact cardio exercises designed to torch calories and elevate your heart rate. This class focuses on our favorite core, waist, and ab exercises for the ultimate pilates body workout.

Stretch & Release: A restorative class with gentle heat using trigger point release therapy with cork balls to target tight muscles, release tension, and improve range of motion. This class is perfect for decreasing pain, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation.
